Note:
Supported version of python in IntelliJ Idea is:
Python 2: version 2.7
Python 3: from the version 3.6 up to the version 3.12
Prerequisites:
Before you start working with Python:
- Python SDK must be installed on your machine.
- Python plugin must be installed in IntelliJ idea. Note: A Python SDK can be specified as a Python interpreter for Python project. So will download and install Python first and configure at least one Python SDK to run our progrm.
- Step 1: Let’s install python and configure python SDK.

- Step 3: Let’s open intellij Idea, and install Python plugin.
- Step 4: Now we will create a python project.
- Step 5: Now Configure a Python SDK:
